When did I become such a crotchety old lady? I think it happened a few weeks ago when I turned 42. I am not sure what exactly is happening, so in the meantime I will post a nice Collards recipe my dear friend in Savannah cooks for me everytime I cruise down to see her.
By the Collards
Fry up some Bacon and Onions
Add Salt, Pepper, Hot Sauce and at the end Balsamic Vinegar
Cook those babies
Eat and enjoy. Viva la smooth move.
